Names and monograms

Make a gift personal with a name or initials on an approved garment, bag, or accessory. Include the exact spelling and preferred lettering style.

Artwork made for thread

Embroidery creates a textured, stitched finish. Small details and very fine lettering may need simplifying so the design reads clearly on fabric.

Placement that fits the item

Tell us whether you want a left-chest logo, sleeve detail, or another location. We’ll review the garment construction and design size before confirming the order.

Ask us to review the item first. Fabric, seams, thickness, and access for hooping affect whether it can be embroidered.

What is logo digitizing?

Digitizing converts artwork into stitch instructions for the embroidery machine. Our listed logo digitizing range is $35–$50; we confirm whether it is needed in your quote.

How do I request a quote?

Send the item type, quantity, sizes, colors, design idea, placement, and needed-by date. Email artwork to sales@cwstitchco.com after submitting the form.
